Is this therapy, coaching, or spiritual direction?
I’m not a licensed therapist, and I don’t offer clinical treatment. I also don’t follow a traditional life coaching model or give generic advice. What I do is help Christian women reconnect with their God-given identity, dismantle false narratives, and realign with what’s actually true about who they are and what they’re called to. This work is deep, strategic, and spiritually led. It’s emotional and practical. Sacred and grounded.
What kind of women do you work with - and do I have to be in a life crisis to benefit from this?
I work with high-capacity Christian women who are outwardly successful but inwardly misaligned. Some are in a major life transition—others just feel stuck, unfulfilled, or spiritually off-track.You don’t need to hit rock bottom to do this work. You just need to recognize that what used to work no longer fits.
What’s the difference between the Enneagram and Harrison offerings? Which one should I choose?
The Enneagram-based Identity Check-In is all about inner clarity: uncovering your patterns, motivations, and the ways you’ve drifted from who you truly are. It’s ideal if you’re craving deep self-awareness and want to reconnect with your essence.
The Harrison-based Aligned Ambition package is more vocational and directional. It helps you identify strengths, blind spots, and what kind of work or leadership environments align best with your design.
If you're discerning what's next in your career or calling, Harrison is the better fit. If you’re untangling your inner story, start with the Enneagram.
Is this faith-based? Do you use Scripture?
Yes, this work is deeply faith-rooted. I don’t preach or push doctrine, but I absolutely invite God into the process. Everything I do is grounded in biblical truth, spiritual discernment, and listening for the Holy Spirit.
Expect prayer, clarity, and a space where your faith and your humanity are both honored.

This isn’t a surface-level goal-setting experience.
