I’ve spent more than two decades inside some of the world’s most respected companies — GE Aerospace, Toyota, and high-growth organizations where expectations were sky-high and the culture was male-dominated by default. I built leadership programs. I coached high-potential talent. I shaped strategies in boardrooms filled with sharp minds and sharp elbows.

And through it all, I learned how to survive environments that weren’t built with women in mind — especially women who lead with strength and heart.

I watched brilliant women carry the weight of teams while being underestimated. I saw culture decks that talked about inclusion, while leadership tables stayed the same. I learned how to speak the language of performance and results, even when the cost was silence around identity, burnout, or misalignment.

I’ve been the woman who delivered, who adapted, who succeeded. I’ve also been the woman who got tired of shrinking to fit. And I’ve coached the women — and the companies — ready to do better.

Now I help women rise whole — and help companies rise with them.
